- International Delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on location
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays or external factors beyond our control.

Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Certain items, such as custom film orders or opene/used consumable products (e.g., activators or films), may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Using a tracked shipping service is reccomended, to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for lost items during transport of returns.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds typically process within 2–5 business days of receipt.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive the original item, we’ll process the exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the packaging, we need these images to be able to claim damages from the courier in case the package was not handled properly during transport.
